I had a fantastic stay at Villa Pica Paca - Old Town in Gdansk. The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short stroll to the waterfront. My room was spacious and clean, although I did notice some quirky issues like the bathroom door missing. The breakfast spread was good, with plenty to choose from, but I recommend going early to snag a seat. Overall, it was a lovely experience, thanks to the great staff and convenient location.

However, I found the customer service lacking and had some issues with room amenities. The breakfast was solid, but the noise from the street was a bit of a bother at times.

The hotel's location is a major plus. It's right in the city center, close to everything - restaurants and shops - but you have to deal with street noise from the bar downstairs.

However, the room I stayed in had some issues, particularly the missing bathroom door which was quite unusual and a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I'd describe the experience as having good potential but needing some improvements.
